This brochure is required to get a basic knowledge of the
background of our potential clients.
二、 提交訪尋建議書
根據上面分析結果,我們會在1-2天內給客戶提交一份尋訪建議書。其中包括:所需人才的素質、能力等各項指標;可能薪資狀況;大致的人才訪尋區域、訪尋途徑、服務費用、付費辦法及跟蹤服務等項目。
We will then have a meeting with the related managers to confirm
the job description, educational requirements, salary range,
etc.
三、 簽定協議書
通過協商,在達成一致的情況下,雙方將簽定一份協議書,協議書中將明確雙方的責任與義務,自簽定之日起,協議書生效,雙方按協議條款實施。

relationship. Our service fee,
responsibilities and deadline are
all declared clearly in the contract.
四、 人才尋訪和挖掘
將根據所需人才的具體要求在人才庫中篩選,或進行有針對性的尋訪和挖掘工作。
We search for qualified candidates through two channels:

Our Talent Database.
2. In-depth market search.
五、 面試與甄選
經過初步篩選之后,我們將對較合適的人員進行有效深入的面試與甄選,以確保候選人對職位、職務是勝任的,并具有相當的穩定性。
Our consultants will interview, screen and evaluate the
candidates before the qualified candidates are recommended to our
clients.
六、 推薦候選人
經過嚴格的測評考核之后,我們將選出3-5位候選人,將他們的個人資料以秘密報告的形式遞交給客戶。
Generally, we recommend 3-5 qualified candidates for each
vacancy. Our client will make the final decision of recruiting. We
will appreciate to get comments on the other candidates from client
of not passing the interview.
七、 安排面試
根據客戶的要求,由我公司安排候選人接受客戶的面試和其他形式的考核。
We will cooperate with clients for each step of the
recruiting.
